Hands-On Practical Session on Basics of Electrical and Electronics Engineering

We recently held an exciting and interactive session to introduce the Basics of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to get hands-on experience with essential components and concepts.

Session Highlights:

Understanding Resistors
  • An insightful look at resistors and their role in circuits.
  • Hands-on Activity: Students measured resistance using multimeters, gaining practical knowledge about how resistors work.
Breadboard Basics
  • Introduction to breadboards and their use in prototyping.
  • Hands-on Activity: Students set up simple breadboard circuits with resistors, learning how to create temporary circuits without soldering.
Series and Parallel Connections
  • Exploring series and parallel circuit configurations.
  • Hands-on Activity: Students created and tested series and parallel circuits on breadboards, comparing their practical measurements with theoretical values.
Using a Multimeter
  • A comprehensive look at the functions and usage of a multimeter.
  • Hands-on Activity: Students measured voltage, current, and resistance in various circuits, enhancing their diagnostic skills.

The Hands-On Practical Session on the Basics of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was a fantastic chance for beginners to dive into the world of electronics. With a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical activities, students left with valuable skills and a sense of accomplishment.
